My wife and I travel all over the world and we have never seen a resort that does not have a hair dryer. We asked for new sheets and they gave us a stained sheet. The people who work here are very rude and they tricked us into watching a 90 min timeshare presentation that was high pressure and uncomfortable. The hot tub was too hot to use and breakfast had terrible orange juice. Usually all hotels and resorts in Brazil have natural orange juice. They don’t have vending machines so at night we didn’t have access to buy water or sodas. I ordered a burger that came raw and food was mediocre to say the least. We will never return even if they paid us! Worst resort experience ever!! There are many other places to consider before booking here. Employee told me they get paid to leave 5 star reviews so don’t trust the rating. Never again
Incredible place to stay. Location is amazing, rooms are really confortable and the service is fantastic!
