Very good place to stay, buuut:
Elevators take too long, rooms are noisy, the pools are very common, people talk to loud at corridors.
Pros: the room was very clean and cozy. The hotel is fancy. Attendants are very polite. Not expensive (but it's not cheap)
Location is very good, near from restaurants and downtown. Rooms were clean and private. There were enough parking spots. Pools were clean but kinda crowded, losing one star here. If you visit parks outside it's more than enough for your visit to Caldas.
Great location . The rooms are quite old fashioned with a small TV, good air conditioning , there are curtain at bathroom. The food is awesome and the swimming pool area is great.
For me it’s ok,
The hotel are good, but the problem are the another’s people near to the rooms, late night small children, stay woke and Make Lot noises, when I went at the reception and asked to the someone from hotel asked for stop this people but don’t work .
Very good hotel. Good breakfest. good wifi. Included free pass to the water park in front of the hotel.
