Horrible service. The lied saying all the pools work at night time, when is only one working. They also charged for the entry to the aqua park knowing we were going to stay just one night so we couldn’t get inside. My friend left her marriage ring in the room and when we came back to pick it up they said no one found it. Terrible hotel and expensive for the service and ammenities
Trouble started on check in when they changed the price we negotiated by phone.
The house was empty. No plates, no cups, no cluttering... Nothing.
Breakfast is really 1 star
Noise control is bad and the youngsters could annoy your sleep.
I don't.recomend it and specially for the price.
Just check the city and you can find way better places.
There's plenty of fun here if you're planning on a relaxing thermal pools and other stuff like sauna, jacuzzi and some other attractions, but the main point is about the hot pools, as Caldas Novas is known by.
Safe and clean, but too loud. For people who have fun all 24h.
