Ecologic Ville Resort

The pictures look better than the hotel itself. The buildings are old and need definitely an update.

The resort is quite good. The room service is nice and the place is definitely child friendly. When I was there, there were many activities during the day such as bingo, costume party and many others. The minor amenity was that there is no covered parking spot.

Didn't have our rooms booked despite being reserved 4 weeks in advance.
Had to be very insistent to get the rooms. Abysmal wifi. Getting a coffee at any time other than breakfast was nearly impossible. No kettle in the room, no plug for the sink. R$20 to get a taxi to town.
Pools were fine, room was nice.

Only twelve people in the whole hotel ! Boring ! Hotel located at a remote part of town (without public transport). Warm pool water only available for 2 hours a day and than you still have to ask if they please please turn it on. Gave us a lower rated room than we had ( anticipated) paid for. We have a signed reimbursement form which depite repeated " reminders" they have still not reimbursed. Avoid it ! Breakfast ok , dinner lousy .Even if we not have been cheated on, price is way too high for what it has to offer. There are better choices in town.

It lacks information about room service and other stuff like SPA etc, but overall it's a good, peaceful place to be at.
