Great hotel for families who want a good combination of activities and relaxation. There are plenty of things for all ages, but the draw are the 5 or 6 thermal pools. Great outdoor breakfast buffet and a lot of seating all around the pools. Rooms are spacious, clean. There are refrigerators in the room as well as a table with 2 chairs. Definitely recommend.

Dated and rundown. Everything is either manual or bureaucratic. Hard pass. This place might have been nice years ago, but now it needs to be sold and remodeled.

How do you have 5 pools and not one pool bar (swim up). Have the owners never visited another resort?

Very good hotel and excelent care and cleanness of the whole place.. But the restaurant and the food served there is outstanding, I loved every meal there. Even when I asked for low salt diet, top 10.

I think this hotel very nice for the family and friends. Beautiful places and a good service. The location is very accessible. The rooms have a good bed, and the room service is very fast. It's a wonderful hotel.

Spacious, clean rooms. Swimming pools should be cleaned more often. One particular toddler's pool is cold water instead of the warm water of the others.
