Okay, the one star I’m giving is for the structure of the park (pools, restaurants, slides, etc) - because it was very good. Helpful staff and all. The 4 missing stars (can we add more negative stars, please?) are for the apartment itself. The bathroom sink had a leak that would make the whole bathroom almost impossible to use. Infested with cockroaches! Even inside the fridge! Ugh! And, because we reserve it through Hotels.com, there was no option of changing apartments. That’s the one we got. Period. And no bed sheets or towels. The kitchen has a few useless plastic utensils, one pan and a few silverware tools. What’s the point of having a kitchen, if you can’t prepare anything in it. And that’s how we SURVIVED our vacation. Needless to say, I don’t recommend it. Try booking yours through an agency that allows you to switch apartaments if you have problems.
One of the best places to stay in Caldas Novas. The place offers everything that you need for you and your family. Here you can have a ll meals and of course have good moments in the parks. I really recommend it.
