Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Cristal

I stayed at the Rio Quente Cristal Resort. It was a great experience, the ambience was amazing, and the room was fantastic. I met friendly staff like Felipe that went above and beyond to provide a great service during my stay. Access to the hot park and other amenities made the experience worthwhile.

The hotel personnel are very nice, friendly and helpful. We got all the best attention at the restaurant with waiters: Joao Paulo, Cairo and Ana. The front desk people are also very polite and willing to do their best. All the meals are very good, the rooms are neat and clean. Two years ago we went to this hotel and it was required to dress properly for dinner, but this time we saw people wearing shorts and no dress code in the restaurant. I think the hotel should keep the dress code for supper. The place is very beautiful and and the gardens are manicured!

I am very satisfied with the service from this hotel. Everyone was very nice. A wonderful room service and an excellent menu. Everyone was very welcoming , specially Maria Silva, from the hotel’s restaurant.

Great hotel inside an amazing Rio Quente Resort’s complex. The food is very good, during the day you can exercise at the pools with the Boto team (check schedules). We always have a quality and relaxing time here!!

A very beautiful, refined place, good for taking the children, in fact, to go out with family and friends, it is worth visiting and spending a few days here, very good, I recommend this place ....
