Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Pousada

Gleison was great! Good service, very friendly

The hotel is in a perfect location next to the hot springs. Having the shuttle option for the closed beach was also very nice. The hotel and surrounding areas are gorgeous.

The rooms, I understand, are much older. However, they could use some renovating. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. The bathroom seemed to be half complete and not finished. We had ants by the toilet and saw a cockroach in the hallway. Now, I know it’s more challenging with open doors/ windows.

First visit with my Brazilian family, and it was amazing! The highlight? Definitely Christian at the reception. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel really comfortable throughout my stay. Thumbs up for Christian's excellent service!

The dinner buffet is very delicious and has a nice variety of food. The service was also very good. Luis Gustavo attended our table and cleaned up our plates with a nice frequency.

Our stay was amazing here at Hotel Pousada. The staff was very professional and kind. The pools were so nice and so relaxing. I cannot wait to return! Fabiano Marques and Flavio Elias were so exceptional during our stay for breakfast and lunch. They both really made an impact on our stay. I will recommend this resort to my friends in the United States. Thank you so much.
