The hotel is brand new and quite clean but it seems not prepare to receive as many guests as they intend to. There's queue everywhere, in the breakfast buffet, into the elevador and even during the check-in.
But despite this, the biggest anoyment is the constant haressement for membership sales.
I didn't felt in vacation at all.

Their services were great! I stayed in a double bedroom, but there was space for 4 people. It is located at Caldas Novas' center and I had to pay for all meal!

The location and structure of this hotel is very good, but I think that have many sellers offering products, like flats and appartments, and this is a little bit anoying.
