Classic example of big Brazilian public work. Once the big investment is done (the propina ends and a big opening celebration), then starve the project for maintenance. It is not hopeless yet, but nearly nothing was open or in good condition. Hurrah! There were two maintenance workers. The observation deck was open and that's about it. I hear it used to be great.
A great place. You can see art, culture and technology.
Beautiful place to walk around with friends and family! The Cabo Branco station is well maintained and easy access.

There are things to see, but it's a few. The main building was closed to repair. Can be better.
