Fascino Medieval

This is a very fun place for kids but it's packed to the brim. I don't recommend going for just adults. The food ordering was OK but the room we were in was incredibly dark. The "potions" tasted good and the pizza was pretty average as well, but the appetizers and burgers were a bit tasteless. The desserts were all incredibly and sickenly sweet, except the passionfruit one, where only the accompanying sauce was overly sweet. The place itself is more magic than medieval, which the giant dragons outside will tell you. It's also packed inside with more tables than room for them. But if you're a kid, it's wonderland and such a cool experience. We had kids aged 2,5,7, and 9 in our group and they all were absolutely besotted with the decor and experience so for them it was worth it

We’ve been to all Disney and Universal parks. This place has custom themes up to those standards. Absolute gem of a restaurant in Jampa. Will be coming back. They just need a better reservation system.

Everything was really good! Food is tasty and staff were very helpful.

Nice place especially for children or fans of Harry Potter / Lord of the rings etc… But we went through an EXTREMELY disturbing experience with one of the male employees: I went there with my 6 months pregnant wife and her mother to have dinner. We were seated on the second floor and after waiting for quite a while in the queue, my wife needed to use the toilet and needed my help to apply medication on her. There is only one toilet upstairs and it’s not gender distinguishing, we entered together so I could assist her. After a few moments while my wife is half naked, a staff member started knocking on the door informing us we can’t use the toilet together and trying to break in. I explained the situation to him but he kept knocking and trying to push the door in to enter (!!!). He tried 5 or 6 times to open the door while a 6 months pregnant woman is inside half naked, trying to apply her medication with the help of her husband, while her mother is just outside (how ignorant and violent can you be?!). We informed the manager but I’m not sure she fully understood the weight of such an act, for my surprise the manager informed me she was aware of the situation already and did absolutely nothing, didn’t come to the table to apologize, we had to call her in and all she had to say was sorry. if I wasn’t holding the door from the inside, he would have been entering the toilet while a client is using it. Nothing less than sexual harassment.
