Gringo’s Bar Tambaú

Great place for a drink and a good time. We came in at 7pm expecting to be there only for a drink and we ended up staying for 4 hours. Drinks are well-priced and reasonable here in comparison to other beachside bars. Sunday nights are karaoke. The bar had good vibes and good patrons (and lots of them). The street is a little weird/sketchy despite the number of good places, but come from the feira/beach/south side when walking and you don’t notice. Great place to have a drink and meet people from all over.

Wonderful Irish bar in João Pessoa, great for food, beers, sport on tv. Loved by locals and gringos, such a cool and welcoming place, always a pleasure to visit

After getting engaged to a Brazilian women from João Pessoa, we had to go to the Irish bar and to my surprise they had Guinness in a can! Overall, this is a popular place and as an Irish man, I'll definitely come back again. The owner Gary was very welcoming and would advise for any Irish man who ventures up North to pop in and have a drink!

Good lil spot to hang out amongst a bunch of nice locals and people from all over. Only drank here, but everything was good and well priced. Also the staff was very nice and help foster a good light hearted environment.

Found this place looking for NFL in Brazil. To our wonderful suprise it was great. From the start the owner Gary took care of us and being a gringo I felt at home.
