The reservation and check-in process is very problematic. Even though customers have made and pre-paid for a reservation, they must still wait in the same queue as those without bookings. This system does not prioritize prepared clients and leads to unnecessary delays.

Big local office oft Localiza with a great variety of rental cars in store. Very friendly and helpful Stadt, if you geht lucky you might even encounter someone with a decent knowledge oft the english language.
Its located at the Epitacio in Tambau not far from the beach. One oft the rare car hire offices hat open in sundays.
