Open air, partially air-conditioned mall. Has an Americanas. Nice food court on the second floor. Most of the shops are generic Brazilian brands. You can find what you need here but not much more, not very large.

Beachfront. The interior is partially air conditioned, but basically all stores are. Some professional offices here too. Not quite a regional-mall class, but bigger than a neighborhood mall. A popular place with a food court as well as fine dining options.

Its nicely ventilated, well laid out over 2 floors and has plenty of choice for food (if of course this type of fast food is what you like) slightly odd that the only toilets are on the 2nd floor at one end of the centre and not well signposted.

I have the feeling it has stopped on time. Used to be a nice place, different, modern, well choose to see the view but since many years ago it hasn’t improved anymore. The food area stills the same, nothing new. Not even a good restaurant up there. Would love to see it making the capital happier again.

This shopping mall is not that large, but has one of the best locations I’ve ever seen. It’s located right on the beach in Joao Pessoa, the capital of the Brazilian State of Paraiba. They have a movie theater and a gym that looks right out at the ocean; there are a number of fast-food restaurants (including Pizza Hut, Burger King & Subway) and 2 restaurants with table service (also with views of the ocean).
Parking is outdoors and only costs about $1.25 (R$6). They have security at the entrances so safety is not an issue. I come here every once in a while because it’s such a beautiful location. If you’re in the neighborhood, it’s worth checking out.
