Hotel admin not great. Supporting staff, however, is excellent for the most part. I would not recommend dealing with staying the night here but definitely visit the restaurant, "Contempo" I think, and be ready with cash to be able to tip handsomely because credit cards don't allow more than 10% on very inexpensive 5-Star quality dining
Suporting staff is great for the most part, i.e. waiters etc. But admin staff act like we owe them something and did not make any effort to retain me let alone inspire me to want to ever come back here though I'll be setting up shop in this town and bringing in lots of business to the right people and companies... oops QS!
If you're visiting this part of the world stop by the restaurant and be ready to tip handsomely (meaning bring cash because cards only allow a measly 10%) but DO NOT plan to stay here there are a ton of equal and better options down the street and I'll update where to find the best service and care asap
The only thing were I didn't like it, the show and Toilette is very tiny/tight.
Great hotel, good food, warm staff. I lived the pool.
