Restaurante Reserve Garden - João Pessoa

Food was horrible and served too cold. The Alfredo sauce taste like artificial cheese. The spaghetti sauce too acidy. The filet parmigiana was cooked improperly. The breading separates from the meat. It appears the meat was placed in oil which was not properly heated. Pictures look good, but food was horrible. Servers and ambiance were superb.

Great atmosphere, yummy juices and it’s just beautiful with all the plants. Our food lacked some seasoning but maybe it was because they were very busy. The valet guy is exceptionally friendly and attentive. He would make a great manager.

The food needs some improvements: too hot and not too tasty. But the place and the service are awesome… worth come here and see, that’s why I give five stars. Price is fair. Very good for couples and groups.

Staff very helpful, beautiful environment, food terrible....if you love Real Italian food don't order it here...my ravioli was so undercooked it was like rubber.i did not eat it and when they took my plate they didn't even ask why. Same as every restaurant i go in Brazil...if you can't cook noodles proper dont put it on the menu.iif i go out to eat i want food better than what i make at home, but tonight...not happening....

Just tried again 2 years later... I did not even eat my food. I ordered something and received something totally different and by then. My wife was eating and I wanted to eat together with her so I just skipped my dinner. I was miserable. Food they set me is not what I ordered and not even something that I like so it went to waste but of course I had to pay for it and go home hungry what a joke I will never return here. I have tried a couple times and never been happy. I don't even get the food that I want. It's a miserable experience. The only thing they seem to get right is the account.

Neat place with a garden-like environment. A small indoor eating area complements larger outdoor seating. The indoor space is extremely noisy, with six walls echoing any sound. Limited, but creative menu. Staff is courteous and responsive. Go when it is cool outside. No complaints or raves about the food.
